Healing Your Body Through Acupuncture
Less Pain. Better Life. Healthier You.
Wellness Beyond Pain Relief
When your health is out of balance, you feel stress, fatigue, impaired concentration, upset stomach, and other symptoms that get in the way of your life. We aim to remove any blocks that may prevent your body from healing so you can start feeling better faster.
Benefits of Acupuncture
Reduced Stress
When you push on acupuncture points, your nervous system signals the release of stress-reducing chemicals in your body.
Pain Relief
Acupuncture may help reduce muscle, joint, and back pain by boosting your body’s own natural painkillers, called endorphins.
Stronger Immune System
Increase the number of red blood, white blood, and T-cells that protect your body with acupuncture. It also improves your resistance to immune-related illnesses.
Increased Energy
Your body gets a deep rest due to acupuncture’s profound ability to balance hormones and regulate the nervous system, giving you more energy.

Our treatments
Acupressure
Wellness is a state of mind and overall well-being. Acupressure can be used to help you feel relaxed, focused, and calmer. It’s a natural way to improve your health and reduce stress by applying pressure to specific points in your body.
Moxibustion
A traditional Chinese healing technique that involves warming the acupuncture points with the burning of a small, spongy herb called mugwort. It stimulates blood flow and maintains your body’s overall health.
Cupping
This is an ancient form of alternative medicine that helps the body relieve pain, improve circulation and detoxify. It uses suction to create a vacuum in a cup to pull the skin, muscles, and other tissues gently up into the cup so they can relax and release their tension. Some hospitals even use it to help patients with addiction and mental disorders.
Tui Na
This oriental style of massage therapy consists of different pressures, from soft to deep, depending on your needs. It aims to stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic flow, relieve muscle stiffness and pain, improve your range of movement and breathing, and promote harmony within your body.
Gua Sha
A massage technique involves using a scraping tool to increase circulation. The technique is usually applied to relieve chronic pain in various areas across the body.
FAQ
How safe is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years and is a safe and pain-free treatment for many conditions when done by a qualified practitioner.
Will there be pain?
Acupuncture needles are hair-thin and do not cause any pain. Patients even fall asleep and are in deep relaxation during the process.
Will there be any side effects?
Other than occasional bruises that may appear on your skin, there are no negative side effects to this method.
What do I expect on my first visit?
We will examine your body, tongue, coating, and tongue moisture. We will also examine your pulses by feeling three different regions in each of your wrists. Each of the regions reflects the conditions of the internal organs. Based on all of this collected information, she will determine a treatment plan based on your needs.
Is acupuncture okay even if I'm pregnant?
Yes. Just let the practitioner know because some acupuncture points are contraindicated during pregnancy. We highly recommend acupuncture through your first trimester to help with embryo development, prevent miscarriage, and address any other symptoms that may arise.
